We are proud to launch our enhanced websites, which follow best practices for contemporary digital content design and reinforce our focus on the public sector with specific tools to educate participants about saving for retirement. The new design will be optimized across all platforms to include the Web and mobile devices such as phones and tablets.

The following enhancements will be made in December 2015.

Public Website

Enhancements to our public website, www.icmarc.org, include restructured content, intuitive navigation, and better overall usability. Specific features include streamlined design with a new log-in and enrollment area at the top of the landing page for greater visibility and accessibility; an “Updates from ICMA-RC” section; links to popular retirement planning resources; and tools to help educate participants about saving for retirement. Account Access

Further focusing on participants’ education needs, within Account Access, participants will be greeted with “Tools to Help You Realize Your Retirement,” on the Account Summary landing page. As part of ICMA-RC’s RealizeRetirement® framework, educational resources are categorized under “Engage,” “Build,” and “Realize,” with links to specific content that a participant may be seeking. For example, tools in the Engage category may focus on strategies a participant in early career can apply when beginning to save and invest for their future; tools in the Build category focus on ways participants can build on their progress; and tools in the Realize category focus on preparing for and living through retirement.

These redesigned websites make valuable retirement planning education more accessible to the participants we serve.
