Founded in 1972, MissionSquare Retirement is a non-profit independent financial services corporation focused on providing retirement plans and related services for more than a million public-sector participant accounts and approximately 9,200 retirement plans. Our mission is to help build retirement security for public employees. We deliver on our mission by focusing on service, quality, and value. All of our retirement programs, administrative services, and educational tools have been developed specifically for public-sector retirement plan administrators and participants like you.

Education Sessions. We encourage you to contact your local Retirement Plans Specialist to register for an education session. MissionSquare Retirement representatives are available to answer your questions and provide more information about the fund line-up and the retirement planning services available to you through the Plan.

When can I call Participant Services with questions about my account?
You may contact a MissionSquare Retirement Participant Services Representative at 800-669-7400 (press zero to speak with a representative). Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Eastern.
Where are the service centers located?
You can visit the service centers to meet in person with a plan representative to enroll in your retirement plan, learn more about your plan and ask questions, and plan for your retirement.

What is the MissionSquare Brokerage program?
The MissionSquare Brokerage program provides you with access to additional investment options, including more than 13,000 mutual funds and individual securities. These services are provided by Charles Schwab, a registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA/SIPC. (Note: You may participate in this program if you have at least $10,000 in your 457(b) Plan.)
To sign up, log into your account then click Investments, then Brokerage, then Open a Brokerage Account. Charles Schwab will provide you with a Personal Identification Number (PIN).

I am no longer employed and receive an installment payment from my account. Do I need to do anything in order for my installment payments to continue?
No. MissionSquare Retirement will work with your current provider to ensure your payments continue without interruption as a result of the transition. You will receive a separate mailing from MissionSquare Retirement detailing our installment process, and timing and delivery of payments.
