You may increase, decrease or stop your salary deferrals to the Miami-Dade County 457 Deferred Compensation Plan by following one of the methods below:

Account Access

Log in to your account using your User ID and password.* Go to the Manage My Account tab, select the Contributions menu option and follow the directions on the page.

* If you have not established online access, you may set up your User ID and password online. Your Miami-Dade County plan number is 300565.

Voice Response System

Dial (800) 669-7400 and follow the instructions provided. Note: You will need your Social Security Number to use this method. You may opt out of the automated system at any point by pressing “0” to speak with an Participant Services representative.

Investor Services Representative

Dial (800) 669-7400 and press “0” to speak with a MissionSquare Retirement Participant Services representative. They will gladly assist you with changing your salary deferral.

* Note: Increases and decreases to your deferrals can be done once per month. Increases will be effective the first payroll cycle of the following month. Decreases will be effective as soon as administratively possible. Discontinuing your deferrals can be done at any time and will take effect as soon as administratively possible.
