Once you leave employment you are eligible to request a withdrawal from your account. The Miami-Dade County Deferred Compensation plan offers a wide array of withdrawal options. To learn about the options available and to request a withdrawal, follow these instructions:

Account Access

Step 1 - Log into Account Access with your User ID and Password*
Step 2 - Go to the Manage My Account tab
Step 3 - Select the Withdrawals option

Follow the instructions on the screen to submit your withdrawal request online.

* If you have not established an Account Access password, you may request an initial password online. You will need your Miami-Dade County account number which is 300565.

Submitting a Form

To request a withdrawal from your account, please download and print the 457 Deferred Compensation Benefit Withdrawal Packet. The completed form should be faxed to ICMA-RC at 1-202-682-6439. No employer signature is required.
